Our Professional Planning Fees
At Spellbound Vacations, we believe your vacation should feel magical from the first idea to the moment you return home. Behind every seamless trip are hours of professional work: comparing resorts and sailings, timing park strategies, coordinating hotels, transfers, and tours, and being on call when plans change.
Because airlines and many travel suppliers no longer compensate advisors for this work, we charge a Professional Planning Fee. It allows us to put your interests first, recommend what's truly best for your family, and support you before and during your travels.

Trip Design Fee — Theme Park Vacations
Per trip, per family/household. Collected after our complimentary discovery call and before detailed planning begins.
Theme Park Essentials
Walt Disney World, Disneyland, Universal Orlando, Universal Hollywood

Ideal for:
- 1 destination, up to 7 nights
- On-property resort stay
- Minimum of 3-day theme park tickets
- 1 or 2 day add-on tickets to Disney or Universal
- VIP tour reservations
- Airport transfers and transfers between destinations
Signature Theme Park
Walt Disney World, Disneyland, Universal Orlando, Universal Hollywood

Ideal for:
- Up to 2 destinations and 8 nights
- On-property resort stays
- Minimum of 3-day theme park tickets at each destination
- Dining reservations and activities/extras like Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique at your 60-day mark
- VIP tour reservations
- Airport transfers and transfers between destinations
- Personalized itinerary including your dining reservations, tips & tricks, and more
Elite Theme Park Services

Ideal for:
- Everything included in Tier 2, plus:
- Lightning Lane Premier Pass purchase at 7am EST
- Live Lightning Lane Multi/Single Pass selections via Zoom with me during normal business hours

- 1 country with 2–3 cities, or a pre/post cruise stay
- Up to 3 hotels, or 1 cruise + 2 hotels
- Up to 5 activities/tours during your stay
- Airport and city-to-city transportation in destination
Elite Vacation Services

Ideal for:
- Multi-country trip, up to 14 days
- Adventure / bucket-list trips
- Cruise plus extended pre/post cruise stay

Airline Ticketing Fee
Whenever we book flights for you, a ticketing service fee applies to every airline ticket — whether it's part of a full vacation package or a standalone flight.

How Payment Works
Your Professional Planning Fee is non-refundable and is collected before detailed planning begins.
Travel components (flights, hotels, cruises, tours) are billed separately by us or by the suppliers, depending on the trip.
If you choose not to travel after planning is complete, your fee compensates us for the time and expertise invested in your trip design.
We're honored to handle your travel and treat every trip as if it were our own.
